Who we are

Trenyo is operated by Nikola Tsvetkov, an individual developer based in Sofia, Bulgaria. For any privacy question or request, contact nicallyou@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (via Apple, Google, or a sign-in link), used to sign you in and send account notices.
• Profile you provide: name, age, gender, height, weight, training experience, goal, and any injuries or limitations you enter.
• Activity: the workouts you log, the food and meal photos you log, body measurements, and progress photos you choose to add.
• Technical: a device identifier for device-limit enforcement, and — if you enable them — a push-notification token and your time zone.

We do not collect data from Apple Health or your device's sensors, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

Solely to run the service for you: to generate and adapt your program, power the AI coach, set your calorie target, track progress, send the reminders you opt into, and enforce plan limits. We never use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with (processors)

To provide the service, limited data is processed by the following providers, each only for the purpose stated:

• Anthropic — the AI provider. Relevant details, including food descriptions and meal photos you submit, are sent to generate coaching and parse food. Not used to train their models.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• ExerciseDB — exercise reference data and demonstration images.
• RevenueCat and Apple — to process and validate in-app subscriptions (iOS). Stripe — to process subscriptions on the web.
• Resend — to deliver account and sign-in emails.
• Apple Push Notification service — to deliver notifications you opt into.

Storage and retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. It may be processed on servers outside your country (including the United States) by the providers above under appropriate safeguards. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed.

Your rights and controls

From Settings you can, at any time, export all of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated data. Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you also have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to processing — email us to exercise them.

Children

Trenyo is not intended for anyone under 13, and you must be old enough to give valid consent in your country. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Trenyo provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition program.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and surfaced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
